FAQ

  1. The offline popup displayed and I could not record anymore.
  2. The rolling outcome changed out of sudden! It is supposed to roll 4, but I got 6!
    • Some of our friends have reported the same, the game is using RNG, and so this is possible. When the roll has changed, you have to reset and record from the beginning again.
    • I do not (yet) encountered it myself, most of the time it could be us that made the wrong record.
  3. All my recorded rolls are missing out of sudden!
    • The roll records are stored within your web browser. Carol does not keep any of your data.
    • If you are on VPN, make sure you configure your VPN application so it does not automatically clean up your browsing history.
    • If you are watching something in the midnight, be aware that cleaning the browsing history may includes what you have recorded in Carol.
